Kabzaa (transl. Possession/Occupy) is a 2023 Indian Kannada-language period action film directed by R. Chandru. The film features Upendra in a lead role and Shiva Rajkumar, Kiccha Sudeepa, Shriya Saran in the supporting roles.

Kabzaa was released on 17 March 2023 in Kannada, along with the dubbed versions of Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and Malayalam.. The film received mixed to negative reviews criticising the film's direction, editing, background score, characterizations, visuals & cinematography being very similar to K.G.F, but praised the performances of Upendra, Shiva Rajkumar & Sudeep.

During the British rule in 1934, Arakeshwara is an air force soldier who later becomes the next kingpin of the underworld after his brother Sankeshwara getting killed by a dreaded gangster and Arakeshwara later killing the gangster. However, trouble ensues for Arakeshwara in 1937 as he has to deal with a ruthless police officer Bhargav Bhakshi.
