Human Hibachi is a 2021 American found footage horror film written and directed by Mario Cerrito III. It was selected by the New Jersey Horror Con and Film Festival and Philadelphia Independent Film Festival.

The film was released by Troma Entertainment on their streaming service Troma Now on VHX.
The film documents a woman’s 35th birthday party from start to finish. Leading all the way up to her gruesome demise. The film focuses on rich cannibals who frequent a Japanese owned restaurant. The cannibals pay the restaurant owner for the victims he prepares for them to eat.
