Fear Street Part 1: 1994 is an upcoming American teen horror film directed by Leigh Janiak, with a script co-written by Phil Graziadei and Janiak, from an original story co-written by Kyle Killen, Graziadei, and Janiak. Based on the book series of the same name by R. L. Stine, the film is scheduled to be released as the first installment in the Fear Street Trilogy, as a Netflix exclusive film on July 2, 2021.
In 1994, a group of teenagers find out that the terrifying events that have occurred in their town of Shadyside, Ohio, may be connected to each other, and that they may be the next targets.
